4 Standard Cabins: 1 Queen bed (fully dressed) and 1 double sofa bed. (Sofa bed is provided without bed linen so you must bring your own if planning to stay with 3 or 4 guests.) Facilities are shared in the Amenities Block

Please note : NO DOMESTIC ANIMALS/PETS ALLOWED - NO DUMP STATION FOR CAMPERVANS, PLEASE ARRIVE EMPTY - THERE IS A DUMP STATION AT COLLINGWOOD.
THERE ARE NO WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITIES AT WHARARIKI BEACH HOLIDAY PARK - PACK IN/PACK OUT - RECYCLING IS AVAILABLE AT COLLINGWOOD.
Tariffs
Cabins
1 or 2 persons - $112.50 a night per cabin
Extra adult $28.50 per night, Child 6 - 15 yrs $16 per night, Child under 6yrs FREE)
NOTE: only the Queen Bed has linen. The fold down (2 Beds) requires all bedding. We do not hire at the Park.
There are 4 cabins at the park.
Powered Campervan / Caravan sites
$28.50 1st adult per night (incl. power) - Each additional adult at $22.50 per night. Child 6 – 15 yrs. $14 per night each, Child under 6 yrs FREE.
Tent and Campervan sites (no power)
Tent and Campervan site $22.50 per adult per night, Child 6-15 yrs $14 per night each, Child under 6 yrs FREE.
Group Site Min 6 people: $135 then $22.50 each extra person to max 10
Tent sites are well drained, flat with easy access to the onsite Washing, Showers, Toilets and Kitchen in our Amenities Block. Our tent sites variable in size.
Backpackers Lodge
UNISEX 18+ - Single Bed $38 per night, Double Bed 1 or 2 persons $76 per night (Only pillow and bottom sheet provided).
PLEASE NOTE: All Public NZ holidays incur a surcharge. Each year the very popular period of 20th Dec to 10th Jan (incl.) also incurs a surcharge. These surcharges are shown at the time of booking on our Website online booking system.
Payment via Visa and Mastercard is accepted.
Additional options:-
Available to everyone staying at the park - communal kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas cooking hobs and a dining room / lounge area. Shared bathroom facilities, hot showers and a laundry with a washing machine. There is an outside barbecue area, children’s playground, coach/boat/truck parking and there is a boat ramp 6km away.
Some of these options are at additional cost - hot showers - $2 (metered 6 minutes) - for other prices please refer to information provided on our online booking system.
Additional information:-
Internet - There is very very limited cell-phone and mobile data coverage available around the campground. A Vodafone Tower is 1 km back from the park.
Archway Café - Nestled in the bush by Wharariki Beach car park. The café is open from the end of October to Easter 9am to 5 pm serving great coffee, cakes, muffins, sandwiches, ice-cream and cold drinks.
